Super‑grade black recycled ABS pellets
ABS Plastic
ABS plastic combines excellent rigidity, hardness and impact toughness. It delivers good mechanical strength and impact‑energy‑absorbing capacity, resisting brittle fracture even at low temperatures. It also features favorable heat resistance and low‑temperature resistance. Molded articles possess high surface gloss, are easy to color and suitable for secondary processing such as electroplating and spraying, with reliable electrical‑insulation performance. Nevertheless, ABS has poor weather resistance. It tends to age and discolor under long‑term UV exposure, and its solvent resistance is limited. Stress cracking may occur upon contact with certain chemicals such as ketones and esters.
Main Applications
Automotive Industry: Widely used for automotive instrument panels, door panels, interior trim parts, radiator grilles, rear‑view mirror housings and various decorative components.
Electrical & Electronics: Commonly applied for housings of home appliances including televisions, washing machines, air‑conditioners and vacuum cleaners, as well as casings and internal parts for office equipment such as monitors, printers and copiers.
Consumer Goods & Daily Articles: Manufactured into luggage shells, toys (e.g. building blocks), helmets, food containers and cosmetic packaging bottles.
Pipes & Fittings: Used for building drainage and sewage systems as well as indoor ventilation ducts.
Other Industrial Fields: In mechanical industry, ABS is adopted for transmission parts such as gears, bearings and pump impellers. In medical sector, it is used for medical‑device housings and components.
